Part 1 — Setup
The following steps walk you through connecting your ATS with Canvass.
Step 1 — Connect API credentials
Sign into Comeet and navigate to Settings.
Navigate to Integrations and click Integrate for Canvass.
Click on Copy API key.
Open a new browser tab then sign into Canvass and navigate to your company settings.
Switch to the INTEGRATE tab.
Select Comeet from the drop-down, then paste your copied API key into the text input, and click ADD INTEGRATION.
Your API key has now been saved within Canvass.
Return to Comeet and click Activate for Canvass.
Congratulations 🎉 — your API credentials have been connected!
Step 2 — Add interview stage
Sign into Comeet then navigate to a position and click on the workflow stage for which you want to conduct interviews via Canvass.
Select Canvass from the drop-down of stage types.
Click on Select test.
Select the associated position you’ve built within Canvass.
Congratulations 🎉 — you’re ready to invite candidates to interview for this position via Canvass!
Part 2 — Usage
The following steps walk you through conducting a Canvass interview from within your ATS.
Step 1 — Send an interview
Navigate to a candidate who’s in the Canvass stage and click Start.
Congratulations 🎉 — your candidate has been emailed an interview invite!
Step 2 — Review their response
Click on REVIEW once the candidate has completed their interview.
Click on See on Canvass.
Review their response and determine next steps.
