The following steps walk you through connecting your ATS with Canvass.
Sign into Canvass and navigate to your company settings.
Switch to the INTEGRATE tab.
Select Greenhouse from the drop-down and click ADD INTEGRATION.
Congratulations 🎉 — your API credentials have been created!
Once you have your API key, click here to open a ticket with Greenhouse Support.
Do not send your API key in unencrypted communication (such as email and support tickets). If they are needed for setup, Greenhouse Support will provide a secure way to send your API keys.
Wait for a confirmation email from Greenhouse Support. You may be required to verify your account before you can proceed.
If they need your API key, the Greenhouse Support Team will provide a SendSafely link where you can enter your API key. Once Greenhouse Support has been notified that you’ve entered your API key, they will send a confirmation email.
Sign into Greenhouse then navigate to Job Setup > Interview Plan for a job and click Add stage.
Select Canvass from the options and click Add.
Arrange the stage amongst the others then click it’s edit pencil.
Select from amongst your Canvass positions.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
The following steps walk you through conducting a Canvass interview from within your ATS.
Navigate to a candidate who’s in the Canvass stage and click Send Test.
Within the dialog click Send Test.
Congratulations 🎉 — your candidate has been emailed an interview invite!
Once the candidate has completed their interview… Click through to their Interview Kit.
Then click View Report.
Review their response and determine next steps.
