The following steps walk you through connecting your ATS with Canvass.
Sign into Canvass and navigate to your company settings.
Switch to the INTEGRATE tab.
Select HR Partner from the drop-down and click ADD INTEGRATION.
Congratulations 🎉 — your API credentials have been created!
Sign into HR Partner then navigate to Recruitment > Configure > Integrations.
Switch ‘ON’ the Canvass integration, then provide your API Key (from Step 1 above), and click Save.
Congratulations 🎉 — your setup is complete!
The following steps walk you through conducting a Canvass interview from within your ATS.
Create or edit a job within HR Parter and select the appropriate Canvass interview.
Navigate to the Interviews tab for an applicant and click Send Invitation.
Congratulations 🎉 — your applicant has been emailed an interview invite!
Once the applicant has completed their interview… Click on Watch Interview to review their response.
Watch their videos then complete your scorecard within HR Partner.
